I got the newest updates for HE Wall and HE Wall Premium with following updates:

Features
- notification on wall post commenting, it sends to all users who left comment in wall post
- @username - Tag Profile feature in wall post like `mentions` on twitter, which is
replaced by link to tagged profile and email notification is sent
- if wall has many comments then it shows last 3 comments and more link
- it automatically defines video resource by url in wall posts
- fetching activity stream developed from the scratch instead of using SE feature which allows to avoid fetching problems.
